Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting

Fred was wonderful in taking the time to help us with a pre estimate for repairing a car determined total loss by insurance. He took the time to ask questions and gave us valuable information to help us with our decision. Great customer service is rare these days and we were not even customers at the time. We certainly will be back in the future if the need arises!

It’s hard to find businesses that truly go above and beyond for their customers, but Maaco did exactly that. They got my daughter’s car fixed quickly and had us back on the road. We are so grateful for their excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs. Thank you!!!

I could not be happier with the service and quality of repairs I received at Maaco-Bloomington. The team is superb but the high quality of the effort, from the initial estimate, to scheduling, to the final completed repairs is due mostly to the manager, Fred, who personally did most of the work. I had a serious leak in the roof where it meets the windshield and the back window, which was aggravated with some rust. I’ve had the car back for almost two months now and it has experienced lots of inclement weather. No more leaks! It’s perfect. I also have to thank Fred for taking the initiative to completely rework the roof and repaint it. The car looks stunning too. The repair would have cost more than twice as much if the roof was just replaced. Maaco had my budget in mind. I absolutely recommend Maaco. Thank you!

Once again Fred and his team did an excellent job fixing damage to my 2007 Equinox after I let it roll into our house. We have taken our vehicles to him 4 times. Always happy with the results! Thanks Fred!
